▶ The system uses PLC and HMI controls, allowing operators to select pre-set "recipes" on touch screen to switch between all related parameters for different kit parts, including feeder operation, count quantity, and packaging settings.
▶ The machine incorporates a pick-and-place wet wipe feeder. The control system synchronizes the feeder's movements with the packaging machine's cycle. A sensor continuously monitors the stack level, vacuum pressure, and the presence of wipes at key points to detect jams or misfeeds, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
