▶ ZB-T60DX hardware fastener fittings packing machine with 20 Bowl Feeders ▶ The machine is designed to handle 16 types of fastener and fitting kits using its 20 bowl feeders, with quick changeover enabled by preset recipes on the HMI. ▶ Two manual feeding conveyors are incorporated to provide flexibility in packaging various large hardware items, such as brackets, hinges, handles and other metal and plastic parts of irregular shapes.

Highlights: ▶ The system uses PLC and HMI controls, allowing operators to select pre-set "recipes" on touch screen to switch between all related parameters for different kit parts, including feeder operation, count quantity, and packaging settings. ▶ Incorporates manual feeding conveyors offers flexibility in packaging various irregular shaped components, such as brackets, hinges, handles. ▶ The checkweigher is a quality control device integrated into the packaging line. It automatically weighs each package in motion, compares it against pre-set acceptable weight limits, and automatically rejects any underweight or overweight packages.
